Unless otherwise noted, Flying High Cannabis (FHC) will fully refund all items if returned with the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories within 30 days of the original product shipping date or in store purchase. Refunds may only be credited back to the original purchaser and will be refunded on the original purchasing credit or debit card.
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges and the merchandise must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories.
After the 30-day period is up, any returns still might be accepted by (FHC) at the managers discretion and will be credited by either a Flying High Cannabis refund card or exchange only at the same or higher value then the product originally purchased. (Refund cards must be used with in 30 days of issue)
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser unless F.H.C. was at fault (in which case we will send you an
account # to ship it back or shipping label for your return). Returns purchased during designated free shipping programs will be charged the current outbound shipping charge, based on the original outbound shipping method. Closeout/clearance items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
All packages refused by the customer are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy plus any additional return shipping costs charged to us by the shipping company. All refused over sized shipments are subject to an additional freight charges, which will be charged to the customer's credit card or method of payment.
To return a product please call or email with your order # for us to be issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
You can also return any product bought online to any one of our brick and mortar stores.
